We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your i-Serve account directly from the app, without needing to contact support:

Go to Account > Settings > Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, favorites, and notifications. This action cannot be undone. Records of existing orders/bookings may be retained in anonymized form for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes, as permitted by applicable law.

If you are unable to access the app, you may also request deletion by emailing support@iserve.app from your registered email address. We will process manual requests within 30 days.
